? Your Role: Shape Progress Every DayI

n this rewarding SEN teaching role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, personalised learning for pupils with a range of SEN needs.
• Use strong EYFS curriculum knowledge to plan developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons.
• Create a calm, structured, autism-supportive environment, drawing on approaches such as the SPELL framework.
• Adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, interests and EHCP targets.
• Work closely with a skilled multi-disciplinary team - therapists, psychologists, SEN specialists and support staff.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with families and external professionals.
• Lead your classroom with confidence, taking responsibility for planning, behaviour, staff management and organisation.

�? What We're Looking ForYou'll be a great fit if you have:

• QTS - absolutely essential (ECTs with strong SEN experience will be considered)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and early childhood development
• SEN expertise and a solid understanding of how additional needs impact learning
• Experience - or a real passion - for supporting autistic pupils
• A calm, reflective and solution-focused approach
• Confident classroom management and excellent organisational skills
• The ability to collaborate within a supportive team of experienced professionals
• Strong IT skills for assessment, planning and reporting
