⭐ Your Role: Shape Progress Every DayI

n this rewarding SEN teaching role, you will:

Deliver high‑quality, personalised learning for pupils with a range of SEN needs. Use strong EYFS curriculum knowledge to plan developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons. Create a calm, structured, autism‑supportive environment, drawing on approaches such as the SPELL framework. Adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, interests and EHCP targets. Work closely with a skilled multi‑disciplinary team - therapists, psychologists, SEN specialists and support staff. Build strong, supportive relationships with families and external professionals. Lead your classroom with confidence, taking responsibility for planning, behaviour, staff management and organisation.This is more than a teaching job - it's a chance to empower children who learn differently to achieve what many thought impossible.

What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you have:

QTS - absolutely essential (ECTs with strong SEN experience will be considered) Strong knowledge of EYFS and early childhood development SEN expertise and a solid understanding of how additional needs impact learning Experience - or a real passion - for supporting autistic pupils A calm, reflective and solution‑focused approach Confident classroom management and excellent organisational skills The ability to collaborate within a supportive team of experienced professionals Strong IT skills for assessment, planning and reportingWhether you're an experienced SEN teacher or a mainstream educator ready for a new and meaningful challenge, you'll receive the support you need to thrive.
