Deliver high‑quality, personalised learning for pupils with a range of SEN needs. Use strong EYFS curriculum knowledge to plan developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons. Create a calm, structured, autism‑supportive environment, drawing on approaches such as the SPELL framework. Adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, interests and EHCP targets.
