Service Designer

London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

We’re working with a global design and innovation studio that’s part of one of the world’s leading technology consultancies. Their London team is growing — and we’re looking for a Service Designer who can bring clarity to complexity and create genuinely meaningful experiences for people across the UK’s public services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping end-to-end services for public sector clients through discovery, design, and delivery
• Translating research into actionable insights, user journeys, service blueprints, and prototypes
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders, users, and delivery teams
• Collaborating with researchers, designers, engineers, and policy specialists
• Supporting design strategy and contributing to a growing design culture

We’re looking for someone who:

• Comes from a consulting, innovation, or agency background
• Has experience designing public-facing services, ideally within government or health
• Is confident working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple stakeholders
• Has strong grounding in user-centred design, service mapping, and systems thinking
• Understands how to balance user needs, business goals, and policy constraints

The Package:

• Salary up to £55,000
• 10% annual bonus
• Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the London studio or on client site)
