What You’ll Do

Lead service design activities across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases Conduct user research and map service journeys, ecosystems, and processes Facilitate co-creation workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions Prototype service components and test with users to validate ideas Translate insights into actionable service improvements and design recommendations Mentor junior designers and contribute to internal design capability building
