We’re looking for a Junior Service Designer who’s ready to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on experience in a consulting environment.

This is an ideal role for someone with a foundation in service design who’s eager to work on real-world challenges, learn from experienced practitioners, and contribute to services that make a meaningful impact across the UK public sector.

What You’ll Do:

Support service design activities across discovery, alpha, and beta phases Contribute to user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting Help visualise complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile delivery environments Apply GDS service standards and inclusive design principles
