Business engagement across a wide range of CFU stakeholders. Perform product end-to-end assessments and risk and control reviews. Establish expectations with CFU and provide insights to influence CFU decisions to drive better business outcomes. Understanding of processes and systems along with commercial insight on new products to define and recommend new or amend appropriate coverage and controls, and ensure they are executed. Carries out root cause analysis and root cause management at CFU level (working with Control Operations and Recovery).
