Job Description

Duration - 9 months

Key Responsibilities Include:

Partnership Development & Scaling

· Source and identify new charity partners aligned with Delivery programme objectives

· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential organisations, including proactive outreach

· Conduct partnership assessments to evaluate operational readiness and strategic fit

· Drive programme scale through partner acquisition

Onboarding

· Manage end-to-end onboarding process

· Develop and deliver training materials and operational guidance

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration

Operational Excellence

· Partner with operations teams to provide on-the-ground support

· Identify and resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner experience

Metrics & Reporting

· Define and track performance for Delivery programme, including preparing regular reports

· Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

· Proficiency in SQL
