This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is confident on the phone, commercially minded, and keen to develop long-term client relationships while building their own pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively contact new and existing customers to generate business opportunitiesBook appointments for the external sales teamManage inbound sales enquiries and convert opportunities into ordersBuild and maintain a strong sales pipelineDevelop existing customer accounts and identify upselling opportunitiesProvide excellent customer service and account managementWork closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processingMaintain accurate records on the CRM systemAchieve individual sales and activity targetsRequirementsMinimum 3 to 5 years experience in roofing internal sales, construction sales, or sales coordinationConfident making outbound calls and speaking with customers dailyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsTarget driven with a proactive attitudeOrganised with good attention to detailAble to work well as part of a team and independentlyPackage & Benefits25/26 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday off each yearMonthly social eventsUncapped earning potential with OTE up to £50,000Commission paid on appointments set and account growth opportunitiesJBRP1_UKTJ
