You ll be at the heart of the business, connecting with customers and driving sales through engaging conversations:
Proactively contacting existing, lapsed, and potential customers
Building strong relationships and trust
Retaining business and identifying new opportunities
Providing quotes and solutions tailored to customer needs
Handling inbound calls during busy periods
Maintaining accurate customer records
Sharing market insights and trends with the team
About You
We re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role:
Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
Sales-driven and motivated to hit targets
Resilient, positive, and proactive
Organised with strong admin skills
Comfortable using IT systems
Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is highly desirable
