Experienced Internal Sales Executive required to work in Daventry for prestigious Client providing a proactive approach to generate sales and find new leads to grow the business.Role is to support existing account managers and sales order processing function as well as maintain own customer base.This position will appeal to a person who is committed to being successful and will give both the time and effort necessary to ensure both personal success and that of the company.Duties include:Ensure all Sales Admin kept up to dateSales QuotesIssuing Proforma invoicesFollowing up quotesProviding adequate product data to customerTo satisfy the current key customers and generate new ones .Maintain contact with existing customersTo retain, grow and convert customers, thus increasing sales.Contacting potential customers from the data base who may have dealt with the company in the pastTo regain market share. Correctly identifying problems in products / pricing and marketing and relaying this information.Follow up of accounts called into question by MDConveying answers promptly and accurately by means of sales meetingsTo pre-empt potential loss of business.Contact new leads from various sourcesIncrease market potentialProvide accurate and factually backed information on new products available in the market, their estimated volumes and current price.Provide a smooth running flow of new products and needed amendments to existing products.Follow up Sales Quotes and other information given to customersTo maintain maximum efficiency, professionalism and to close sales effectively.Collecting samples and market informationAcquiring competitors price lists and promotional material, samples of new products availableAccurate administrationFollow-up letters, quotes and fliers to be sent by the Sales OfficeAccurate data recorded and professional follow-upKnowledge / Skills RequiredDisplay good communication skills both verbal and writtenShow attention to detailAble to work and remain calm under pressureAble to work as part of a teamSelf-starter, able to work to full capacity when not being supervisedAble to manage time effectivelyDisplay organisational skillsSelf-analytical, continually striving for self improvementDress and act professionallyAppreciation for other members of staff.Use of SAP or CRM systems is essential
