HR Advisor Birmingham Centre £35,000 + car allowance (£4500) Full time & Permanent Hybrid
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to specialise in employee relations and want to work for a market leading brand with great progression opportunities?
I am currently working with a large professional services client who are looking for an experienced HR advisor who can independently handle a large number of employee relations cases. Working in an experienced team, supporting a large workforce of c. 2000 employees this role includes:
Handling c. 20-30 short and long term sickness cases per week Handling 10-15 more complex ER cases per week such as disciplinaries and grievances Coaching and supporting managers through performance management cases to develop high performing teams Supporting managers with onboarding, offboarding and exit interviews Supporting wider people team with TUPE
This is a full time position working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 3 days to be office based, 2 days from home.
