Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to managers on a wide range of ER matters including absence management, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, and probation reviews. Coach and support people leaders to handle sensitive issues fairly and in line with legal and regulatory frameworks. Manage end-to-end ER casework, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Support international HR operations, including redundancy processes, Occupational Health referrals, and reasonable adjustments.
