We are currently working in partnership with an UK specialist social care and education provider, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position primarily remote, with 1/2 days per month in their head office in the West Midlands, and a salary of £38,000 to £39,000 per annum .

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of complex employee relations casework and strong stakeholder managerial experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to): Provide timely HR advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, probation and case management, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies Support and guide the HR Advisor, ensuring advice aligns with best practice and business needs Coach managers in applying HR policies fairly and consistently. Advise on employment matters including redundancy, TUPE and organisational change, attending sites where needed Prepare and present HR data on key metrics such as absence, turnover and performance to senior leaders Contribute to policy updates, employment documents and HR projects Manage a complex caseload with competing priorities and tight ti...
