Lecturer - Maths and English (GCSE) Hourly Rate: £25-£35ph Location: London, East Job Type: Temporary (ongoing sickness cover Working Hours: Full time Day-to-day of the role if a Lecturer of Maths and English: Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE Maths and English to students aged 16-18. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. Engage with educational technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience. Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, and homework. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold a recognised Teaching Qualification. Proven experience in teaching GCSE Maths and English. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm and learning. Capability to assess and evaluate teaching and learning outcomes effectively.
