Were supporting a leading organisation in the engineering and infrastructure sector looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to provide expert guidance on integration strategy across HR and IT.
The Role This is a consultative role focused on advising how Workday should integrate with wider systems using standard APIs and best practice patterns, rather than building bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on Workday integration approaches across HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, job changes)
  • Define API usage, events, payloads, and sequencing
  • Guide HR and IT teams on integration best practices and architectural standards
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and avoid unnecessary customisation
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow and Azure Logic Apps teams for seamless integration
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Workday data models, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Proven experience in a consultative/architecture-focused Workday role
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong stakeholder management across HR and IT
  • Ability to challenge and influence decisions early
Profile
  • Senior, self-sufficient consultant

  • Experience supporting HR-led transformation programmes
