Contract Inside IR35
Were supporting a leading organisation in the engineering and infrastructure sector looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to provide expert guidance on integration strategy across HR and IT.
The Role This is a consultative role focused on advising how Workday should integrate with wider systems using standard APIs and best practice patterns, rather than building bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on Workday integration approaches across HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, job changes)
- Define API usage, events, payloads, and sequencing
- Guide HR and IT teams on integration best practices and architectural standards
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and avoid unnecessary customisation
- Collaborate with ServiceNow and Azure Logic Apps teams for seamless integration
- Strong understanding of Workday data models, APIs, and integration patterns
- Proven experience in a consultative/architecture-focused Workday xbpsjku role
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management across HR and IT
- Ability to challenge and influence decisions early
- Senior, self-sufficient consultant
- Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting HR-led transformation programmes
