London (Hybrid) Contract Inside IR35 Were supporting a leading organisation in the engineering and infrastructure sector looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to provide expert guidance on integration strategy across HR and IT. The Role This is a consultative role focused on advising how Workday should integrate with wider systems using standard APIs and best practice patterns , rather than building bespoke solutions. Key Responsibilities Advise on Workday integration approaches across HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, job changes) Define API usage, events, payloads, and sequencing Guide HR and IT teams on integration best practices and architectural standards Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and avoid unnecessary customisation Collaborate with ServiceNow and Azure Logic Apps teams for seamless integration Requirements Strong understanding of Workday data models, APIs, and integration patterns Proven experience in a consultative/architecture-focused Workday xehkeey role Experience working in complex enterprise environments Strong stakeholder management across HR and IT Ability to challenge and influence decisions early Profile Senior, self-sufficient consultant Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams Experience supporting HR-led transformation programmes
