This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to take ownership of their own projects and work closely with senior team members on a wide range of development planning schemes.\n\nYou’ll get the chance to work across residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use projects, building strong technical skills while contributing to well-rounded transport solutions.\n\nThe Role:\n\nPreparing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Access Strategies\n\n Undertaking junction modelling (Junctions 9/10, PICADY, ARCADY, LinSig) and trip using TRICS\n\n Producing clear written reports and supporting planning applications\n\n Liaising with local authorities, architects, and clients\n\n Supporting senior planners in the delivery and coordination of projects\n\nAbout You:\n\nAround 3 years’ experience in a UK transport planning or development planning role\n\n Proficiency with Junctions 9/10, TRICS, and AutoCAD (desirable)\n\n Strong report writing and analytical skills\n\n Solid understanding of UK planning policy and transport guidance (MfS, NPPF, DMRB)\n\n A collaborative mindset and ambition to progress your career\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)\n\n Flexible working arrangements\n\n Private healthcare & company pension\n\n Regular social events and a friendly, supportive team culture\n\n Ongoing training and clear career progression opportunities\n\nIf this is an opportunity of interested.
