Invictus Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across the Engineering, Property, and Facilities Management (FM) sectors. We partner with leading organisations across the UK, delivering high-quality talent solutions and building long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, we’re looking to expand our London team with an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to build a career in recruitment. You’ll receive full training and support while learning the fundamentals of the recruitment industry, with a clear pathway into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases

* Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls

* Writing and posting job adverts

* Supporting senior consultants with live roles and client requirements

* Building and maintaining candidate relationships

* Managing candidate pipelines and keeping records up to date

* Learning business development and client-facing skills

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Highly motivated and eager to build a career in recruitment

* Confident communicating over the phone and in person

* Target-driven with a strong work ethic

* Organised with good attention to detail

* Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Previous sales, customer service, or office experience is beneficial but not essential
