Pearse Group is made up of 3 different brands - Pearse Partners (Front Office Financial Services), Pearse Professionals (CFO & Executive Search), and Rutherford Search (Legal & Compliance). We're hiring an experienced finance recruiter to join our growing team here in London.

This is a rare opportunity to manage a true 360° desk, working with some of the world’s most prestigious investment banks, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies. From day one, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to support your development and success.

What we are looking for:

• Background in recruitment, sales, or a relevant field - At least 12 months of experience in a commercial or client-facing environment, or transferable experience that demonstrates the same qualities.
• Genuine interest in financial services - You don't need to be an analyst, but you should be curious about the sector and motivated to develop real expertise in it.
• Proactive and well-organised - You manage your time well, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
• Confident communicator (on the phone and in writing) - You're comfortable picking up the phone, holding your own in meetings, and writing clearly and persuasively.
• A natural relationship-builder - You're personable, professional, and people genuinely enjoy working with you.
