Responsibilities
Completing and managing temporary case assessments. Preparation of legal documentation and monthly internal reports. Advising customers and retailers with queries. The role requires building relationships with retailers and customers alike to ensure excellent customer service. Supporting the trade effluent team members with documentation and PPE requirements. Interactions with other departments include Wholesale Market Services, Asset Planning and Operational Process Scientists.
Qualifications
Ability to work within a team environment is essential. Ability to work to timescales and targets. IT literate and fully adept in using MS Office programs. A high level of attention to detail, a logical and analytical mind. The ability to evaluate, interpret and effectively communicate written data and information from diverse sources. Experience in customer‑facing roles and providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiating skills for liaising with external parties and across different levels of stakeholders both within and outside of the business. Water Industry Experience. Knowledge of Thames Water systems, e.g. TERMIS, Salesforce, SAP supply chain, is desirable. Financial experience in revenue generation. Regulatory Experience. Ideally, have a valid UK driver’s licence and access to a car for travel to work because the site is in a remote location.

Competitive annual salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum. Annual Leave – 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days with length of service (plus bank holidays).
