Teaching Assistant

Horizon Teachers is looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcomingChildren's Centre based in Southwark.
You will be supporting children throughout the Nursery, helping them engage in play-based learning, daily routines, and social development. You will be working with children from 0-5 years old, so previous experience within a similar role is very desirable.
This is a long-term position staring in January, until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent.
The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with young children Be patient, nurturing, and passionate about Early Years education Be confident supporting learning through play, both 1:1 and in small groups Have experience supporting children with additional needs or challenging behaviour (desirable) Have good communication and teamwork skills Be reliable, enthusiastic, and positive in their approach
