You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to provide targeted support, helping children to achieve their academic, social, and emotional potential.

Opportunities across a variety of primary schools with ERP/SEN provision Recommend a Friend bonus of £150 Competitive daily pay rates Flexible placements to suit your availability Dedicated support from an experienced Primary Education Consultant Access to ongoing professional development Role Responsibilities As an ERP Teaching Assistant, you may be required to: Support pupils with additional needs in 1:1 or small group settings Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans Provide academic and emotional support tailored to each child Help create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external specialists Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers Requirements Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary or ERP setting Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through SAAF Education Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant SEN or TA qualifications are desirable SAAF Education is committed to Safer Recruitment and adheres to APSCo compliance standards.
