We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with moderate and complex needs in a welcoming school in Morden (SM4).

This SEN School provides an education for students with SEN needs including Autism, MLD, epilepsy, SLD, and other moderate to complex needs

Role:

* Provide one-to-one and small group support.

* Assist pupils with learning, social, and emotional development.

* Support personal care and medical needs where required.

* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals.

Requirements:

* Experience supporting children with moderate and complex SEN.

* Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

* Willingness to assist with personal and medical care.
