Hiring: Agency Account Executive (Strategic Partnerships Development Manager)
Location: Hybrid, London (Tue–Thu onsite)
Region: Northern Europe (with potential extension to CEE & MENA)
Travel: Monthly / bi-monthly international travel
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Agency Account Executive to join our AdX Sales team and help strengthen key media agency partnerships across the Northern European region. This is an exciting opportunity to influence programmatic investment decisions, champion our SSP, and drive platform adoption at scale.
What you’ll do
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with agency programmatic COEs and investment teams
- Position AdX as a preferred SSP and influence supply-path decisions
- Drive revenue by supporting and shaping media spend through the platform
- Operate within a highly technical and competitive ecosystem
- Track performance through customer engagement, influenced deal revenue and YoY growth targets
What you’ll bring
- 4–8 years experience in programmatic, agency, SSP or DSP environments
- Strong grasp of programmatic trading, ad tech, and SPO principles
- Confidence navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Ability to manage digital media campaigns end-to-end
- Fluent English; Dutch/Danish/Norwegian highly beneficial for regional coverage
