They serve good quality burgers, wings, small plates and chicken dishes. The venue is busy for food at lunch and dinner, later on it turns into a drinking venue. Sous chef £40-50k.

The role
As a sous chef you will run the kitchen with the head chef, ensure the shift runs smoothly, ensure the pass is smooth. It is easy to cook dishes like burgers, wings, chicken - all full of flavour and well presented. This sous chef position includes all the standard sous chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background or a fresh food branded background, you will be fine cooking burgers, chicken, small plates etc. as a sous chef you will have good knife skills.
