High Note Hospitality is a new hospitality group founded by industry veterans James Dye and Benjy Leibowitz. Our vision is rooted in true hospitalitywhether its the way we manage, develop, and care for our teams, or the way we create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Our first site features two unique concepts within one building , with The Knave of Clubs pub on the ground floor serving Rotisserie and pub classics, and first floor restaurant One Club Row taking inspiration from the vibrant brasseries of New York.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join us.
Our perfect candidate would:
Lead with care and attention to detail
Provide confident leadership to the BOH team around them
Have impeccable organisation and time management
Have previous experience at the same level
Have an excellent understanding of seasonality, provenance and product.
Drive growth within the kitchen, including both team development and sales
Bring energy and confidence to the role
