Carpentry Site Supervisor- Must have strong Carpentry background Site and Office Based (East London office is based) Up to 43k plus van and fuel card Must have a clean license 8 hours per day- flexi hours Our client a family run Joinery business are currently looking for a supervisor. They have recently won several new contracts in their division and as such they are looking to add to their team. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Main roles: Working supervisor - out on the road, can carry out jobs if necessary Looking after 1-2 fitting teams Checking snags Sign off after works have been completed Updating their system (fieldwire system) Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the team Helping the team out with shop fits and refurbing timber window Monthly Van inspections Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures Health and Safety compliance maintained Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently.
