Site Supervisor - Clean Water Mains Rehab

Location: Depot in Beckton Duration: 12 months Benefits: Company van and fuel card

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our new Thames Water Mains Rehabilitation Framework. This role involves managing day-to-day activities on site, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance across multiple teams working on clean water mains installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Report to Site Manager/Project Manager Manage on-site activities and promote a safe working culture Brief and monitor all documentation related to works Oversee fittings, materials requests, and stock levels Manage on-site waste in line with WM3 regulations Drive productivity to meet programme targets Ensure compliance with H&S standards and good housekeeping practices Manage on-site plant and request muck away/reinstatement Act as the on-site point of contact for Thames Water, local authorities, and customers Plan site mobilisation and enabling works Manage Depotnet recordings and T&C bookingsRequired Experience:

Clean water pipework installation experience Strong supervisory background managing multiple teams Excellent organisational and communication skillsTraining & Certifications (preferred):

EUSR Water Hygiene SHEA Water TW Passport (preferable, not essential) NRSWA Supervisor SMSTS Level 2 Service Avoidance Temporary Works Supervisor First Aid, Manual Handling, Asbestos AwarenessThis is a fantastic long-term opportunity with progression potential into Operations Manager and Works Manager/Senior Foreman roles following this project.
