Job Description:
We require a supervisor asap who is National Grid authorized with plenty of substation experience. Supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources and equipment technical specialists during on-site installation/construction activities related to the assigned discipline to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Your Background
Bachelor's in electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent skills
5+ years experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business
Good understanding of the transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Proactive and flexible personality
