Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom
Salary: Circa £45,000-£55,000 (negotiable)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee industrial roofing, single ply roofing, and cladding projects across the Hampshire area. You will manage sites from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on site.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage all site activities for industrial roofing, single ply roofing, and cladding projects.

Lead and supervise on‑site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Control site costs, materials, and resources to meet project budgets.

Resolve site issues proactively and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships, delivering professional and customer-focused service.

Assist with site planning, method statements, and risk assessments.
