PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new-build accommodation project in the Basingstoke area.
This opportunity is ideal for a Site Manager with proven experience delivering new-build flats or student accommodation schemes. You will operate as the Number 1 on site, taking full day‑to‑day responsibility for the project while reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.
Responsibilities:
Managing daily on-site operations Supervising subcontractors and trades Ensuring health & safety compliance Maintaining project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met Reporting progress to the visiting Contracts Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience delivering new-build residential or student accommodation projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage site operations independently Relevant site qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid desirable)If you are a proactive Site Manager looking for your next freelance assignment, please get in touch
