Site Manager - Industrial Roofing & Cladding

Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom Salary: Circa £45,000-£55,000 (negotiable) Benefits: Company van, fuel card, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, time-and-a-half for overtime

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee industrial roofing, single ply roofing, and cladding projects across the Hampshire area. You will manage sites from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on site.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage all site activities for industrial roofing, single ply roofing, and cladding projects.

Lead and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
