Job Description
Site Manager\n\nOverview\n\nMatchtech are recruiting for a Site Manager to support upcoming Severn Trent Water projects across the East and West Midlands. Site locations are to be confirmed, but all works fall under the Severn Trent framework.\n\nThese roles will focus on reinforced concrete ducting and pipelaying works on wastewater and sewage treatment sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee daily site operations on RC ducting and pipelaying projects\nWork closely with Severn Trent Water representatives\nAssist with programme management and ensure project milestones are met\nCoordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials\nSupport M&E installation works within sewage treatment facilities\nMaintain high HSEQ standards and site compliance\nProduce and manage site documentation and progress reports\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong experience as a Site Manager in the water sector\nIdeally experience with Severn Trent Water frameworks\nAlternatively, experience with major UK water frameworks (e.g., Anglian, Thames, Yorkshire)\nKnowledge of RC works, ducting, and pipelaying\nSome M&E installation experience ( but not essential)\nExcellent client-facing and communication skills\nAbility to manage programmes and contribute to planning discussions
