Are you an experienced Site Manager, with a background on Interior Fit Out projects in the UK?\n\nApproach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a successful, growing interiors contractor based out of the West Midlands, who are currently on the look out for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The business does operate across the UK on various contracts so the ideal individual will be happy to lodge away (Allowance provided).\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\n * Competitive basic salary up to £55,000 (D.O.E)\n\n * Access to a company van\n\n * Lodging allowance (Food,Accommodation etc..)\n\n * Yearly bonus potential\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\n * Prior experience as either an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on Interior Fit Out projects.\n\n * Valid, In-date SMSTS.\n\n * Ability to lodge away across the UK on various projects.\n\n * Enthusiastic individual, who would be looking to progress even further with the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage a construction site, to ensure the development is completed on time, to specification and safety regulations, while complying with company and construction build and quality standards.\n\n * Ensure all quality and safety inspections are within quality control standards and carried out in accordance with Group guidelines.\n\n * Maintaining accurate records for the development including but not limited to, Staff Inductions, Health, Safety and Environment, timesheets, incident reports, quality control checklists.\n\n * Ensure materials are called off in a timely manner and checked and stored in accordance with company guidelines.\n\nIF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU, WHY NOT APPLY NOW
