Senior Sales Executive Location: Nottinghamshire, UK Salary: Up to £65k, £100k OTE An established, high-growth technology business is expanding and is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving new business across the SME sector.This is an opportunity to join a market-leading SaaS provider delivering innovative solutions into industries such as logistics, retail, and fleet operations-where technology is mission-critical and demand is accelerating.If you thrive in a high-performance environment, enjoy winning complex deals, and want to influence both strategy and execution, this role offers genuine impact and career progression.The RoleAs a senior member of the commercial team, you will:Drive acquisition of high-value SME customersManage end-to-end SaaS sales cycles (from prospecting through to close)Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processesConduct deep discovery using structured methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)Build compelling ROI-driven proposals and business casesMaintain a strong, accurate pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce)Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teamsRepresent the business at industry events, webinars, and forumsContribute to sales strategy and team developmentWhat We're Looking ForProven track record in B2B SaaS salesConsistent overachievement of revenue targetsExperience managing long, complex sales cyclesStrong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar frameworksAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholdersCommercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skillsA proactive, new business 'hunter' mindsetExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM toolsBackground in logistics, supply chain, or fleet solutions (advantageous, not essential)Full UK driving licenceWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
