Youll influence our go-to-market approach, mentor other team members, and work cross-functionally to maximise success.What youll be doingAs a senior member of the team, you will:Own and drive the acquisition of high-value SME customersManage long-cycle and multi-stakeholder SaaS sales processes from prospecting to closeLead complex MEDDPICC-driven discovery to uncover strategic customer challengesCreate compelling business cases and ROI-led proposals for key decision-makersBuild and maintain a robust, accurate pipeline within Salesforce CRMCollaborate closely with marketing, presales, product, and leadership teams to influence strategyRepresent Microlise at events, webinars, and industry forumsShare expertise with the wider team to build capability and improve sales maturityMonitor and interpret industry, sector, and competitor trends to refine your approachYoull thrive in this role if you have:Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into SMEs or mid-marketA consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targetsAdvanced experience using MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologiesStrong commercial acumen and the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholdersOutstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsA proactive, hunter mindset with the resilience and drive to pursue new opportunitiesAbility to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levelsExperience using Salesforce CRM for forecasting and pipeline disciplineKnowledge of logistics, fleet management, or supply chain (helpful, not essential)A valid UK driving licenceWhy Microlise?When your groceries arrive at your door or you sign for your online parcel, one or more of our software, telematics or proof-of-purchase solutions has probably been used.
