The Progression: Prove It & Level Up We believe in rewarding results, not tenure.
Phase 1 (Probation): You come in at £35k. You learn the product, you hunt, and you close. You show us you can hit the numbers. Phase 2 (Post-Probation): As soon as you sign off, your base jumps to £45k. Phase 3 (Scale): As you consistently exceed targets and demonstrate leadership, you will move toward a Sales Director role, hiring and mentoring the next generation of Unistreet sales people.

The "Closer" DNA: You don't just "prospect"; you identify high-value brands and you don't stop until the contract is signed. Competitive Excellence: You want to be the top earner. You want to see your name at the top of the leaderboard every single month. B2B Grit: Proven experience in B2B sales is essential. You know how to navigate stakeholders and close subscriptions.
