Senior Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager Manchester (within a 1 hour commute)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to join this team and play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical and HVAC projects. You'll take ownership of medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

What you'll be doing

Managing the full project life cycle - from design review and planning through to installation, commissioning, and handover. Overseeing all mechanical and HVAC works, including ventilation, heating and cooling systems, chilled water, boilers, pipework, duct work, and associated services. Taking control of project budgets, cost management, forecasting, and commercial reporting. Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep projects on track. Carrying out site visits, progress meetings, and quality checks. Making sure all works meet current legislation, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
