Senior Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager\n Manchester (within a 1 hour commute)\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to join this team and play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical and HVAC projects. You'll take ownership of medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading projects, solving problems, and building strong working relationships.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nManaging the full project life cycle - from design review and planning through to installation, commissioning, and handover.\nOverseeing all mechanical and HVAC works, including ventilation, heating and cooling systems, chilled water, boilers, pipework, duct work, and associated services.\nTaking control of project budgets, cost management, forecasting, and commercial reporting.\nCoordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep projects on track.\nCarrying out site visits, progress meetings, and quality checks.\nMaking sure all works meet current legislation, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.\nActing as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.\nProactively identifying and resolving technical or delivery challenges.\nSupporting value engineering, tender input, and project planning where needed. \n\nAbout you\n\nYou'll be a confident and experienced mechanical or HVAC professional with a proven background in delivering building services projects.
