SENIOR CRM PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Leicestershire – Hybrid (2 days in office)

Up to £80,000

This mission-led membership platform is scaling rapidly, with a sharp focus on product, data, and CRM performance.


THE ROLE

This is a commercially focused CRM leadership role, with a clear remit to drive performance, trading strategy, and tactical campaign delivery across multiple verticals. You’ll report to the Head of CRM, and partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, and Product stakeholders to shape best-in-class comms strategy.


You’ll manage a team of three, with scope to hire a fourth, and play a key role in building out campaign frameworks that move the dial on revenue and customer engagement.


DAY TO DAY:

  • Own CRM strategy and campaign performance across multiple business units
  • Partner with Commercial & Trading teams to deliver high-impact tactical comms
  • Lead a busy campaign schedule – with a focus on segmentation and relevance
  • Use customer behaviour data to improve targeting and content strategy
  • Test and optimise campaigns to drive retention, engagement, and revenue
  • Present weekly/monthly performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop a growing CRM team


YOUR SKILLSET:

  • Proven CRM performance experience in a high-volume campaign environment
  • Strong commercial mindset – confident influencing trading decisions and spend
  • Hands-on with CRM platforms (Braze ideal) and comfortable with customer data
  • Experience in a fast-paced scale-up, retail, ecommerce, or tech business
  • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Previous team management experience is required
