THE ROLE This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation. The successful candidate will:

Act as the CRM lead in daily and weekly trading meetings. Collaborate closely with Revenue, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to deliver tactical campaigns. Analyse customer behaviour to enhance personalisation and increase campaign relevance. Lead test-and-learn programmes to drive member engagement and optimise ROI. Own and develop the performance CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
