SENIOR CRM PERFORMANCE MANAGER Leicestershire – Hybrid (2 days in office) Up to £80,000

THE COMPANY This mission-led membership platform is scaling rapidly, with a sharp focus on product, data, and CRM performance.

THE ROLE This is a commercially focused CRM leadership role, with a clear remit to drive performance, trading strategy, and tactical campaign delivery across multiple verticals. You’ll report to the Head of CRM, and partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, and Product stakeholders to shape best-in-class comms strategy.

You’ll manage a team of three, with scope to hire a fourth, and play a key role in building out campaign frameworks that move the dial on revenue and customer engagement.
