Drive AI‑readiness programmes that upskill talent, re‑shape organisational design and embed ethical, governable AI across HR and business operations and AI‑readiness roadmap delivery for FTSE clients. You will shape the AI agenda for blue‑chip clients.

Core Responsibilities

AI Readiness & Governance – Lead workstreams that define upskilling plans, guardrails and ethical integration of AI agents vs. agentic AI within client organisations. Organisational Design & Workforce Planning – Translate corporate strategy into future‑state structures, embedding AI and digital capabilities at scale. Skills Gap Analysis – Assess current capability profiles, identify transformation opportunities and embed skills frameworks in enterprise platforms (LMS, talent suites).
