This inclusive Enfield secondary school is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small number of students who require help with focus, routine, and emotional regulation in a mainstream classroom.

About the role:

Working 1:1 and in small groups to support students with ADHD and SEMH
Helping to implement classroom behaviour strategies and emotional regulation tools
Building strong, trusting relationships with students who need consistency and patience
Collaborating with pastoral and SEN staff to monitor student progress and wellbeing
Supporting students across core subjects, especially in managing distractionsAbout you:

Experience supporting ADHD, behaviour needs or SEMH in schools or youth settings
Calm, confident, and consistent in your approach
Strong communication skills and able to build positive working relationships
Comfortable working with external professionals and families
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Why join this school?
