About the Role:
• Provide tailored 1:1 support for a high-needs pupil with ASC
• Enable access to classwork through thoughtful guidance and structured learning
• Foster independence and confidence in both academic and social settings
• Work closely with teachers, SENCO and parents to ensure consistent, compassionate care
Requirements
• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASC
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
• Ability to implement EHCP targets and adapt classroom tasks when needed
• Team player with excellent communication skills
