The Role

As a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to pupils who require additional help to thrive in school. Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team, you'll help create a structured, encouraging environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and confident to learn.

You'll support learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, adapting your approach to meet a range of learning and communication needs.

Key Duties

Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, both individually and in small groups as a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant

Assist in adapting classroom activities to suit different learning styles

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development
*

Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to support pupil progress

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting

A patient, proactive, and caring approach

Ability to travel reliably to Brierley Hill
