The Role – SEN Teacher
You will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted support, adapting lessons, and collaborating with subject teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to ensure every learner can access the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and adapt learning to meet a range of special educational needs

Support students both in and out of the classroom

Contribute to EHCP targets and individual learning plans

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and support services

Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
