The Role – SEN Primary Teacher
I am recruiting for an experienced and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to teach a small class of 8 pupils within a primary school setting. The pupils present with SEMH and complex needs, requiring a highly structured, trauma-informed, and personalised approach to learning. As the SEN Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver a differentiated curriculum that supports not only academic progress but also emotional regulation, social development, communication skills, and independence. You will work closely with support staff, the SENCO, and external professionals to ensure each pupil’s needs are met effectively. Teachers from both mainstream and specialist backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they have a strong commitment to SEN.
